However, should you feel it necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different to what was ordered, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. The intention to return any goods must be notified within 2 days of delivery and be returned in their original condition within a week. We will refund the purchase within 30 days of you notifying us about the return. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the purchaser. Liability for loss or damage during transit is also the responsibility of the purchaser.
While breakages are thankfully very rare, they can occur. Photo evidence of breakage in transit will be sufficient and must be within 2 days of delivery. We will give you the option of having a refund or a replacement. If you opt for a refund: A refund will be made to the payment account used to make the purchase including postage charges incurred. If you opt for a replacement: A replacement will be sent out as soon as is possible after notification of breakage, usually within 3-5 working days.
